How credits work

Each month the plan gives the brand credits, and they reset with the month. Credits added through Get more do not reset at the end of the month. When the credits run out, the work that needs them waits until the month resets or more are added, and Get more opens from the message.

• Studio drafts, technical audits and, for now, Gecko replies use credits.
• Monthly reports never use credits.
• Usage in Settings shows who used them and on what.

• Add credits in Get more, under Usage in Settings.
