Brand health

How strongly and positively AI answers present the brand, less open risks, graded against peers on each model.

What it tells you

One reading of how the brand fares in AI answers: how often it appears, how well it is spoken of, and how many open risks hold it back. It is graded against peer brands on each model, so the same score can read well on one model and poorly on another.

How it is measured

  • It combines presence, sentiment and open risks into one score per AI model.
  • When a report has no sentiment reading for a model, the score is built from the other signals rather than counting sentiment as zero.
  • Each model is graded against that model's own peer benchmark.

What moves it

  • Raising presence on the queries where the brand is missing.
  • Answering the criticism that recurs on the Sentiment page.
  • Closing the open risks on the Action Hub.
