Citation
A page an AI answer links to as its source.
Many AI assistants show the pages they drew on beside the answer. A cited page sends readers onward and tells the model which sources it trusts on the subject.
A citation of the brand's own page counts toward citation share; a citation of an outside page that names the brand still helps its presence.
