Images have title attribute
What the check finds
Images have no title attribute. This attribute carries very little search value; alt text is what matters.
Why it matters for AI answers
The image title attribute carries very little weight for search or AI systems. Alt text matters far more, so this is a low priority.
How to fix it
- Make sure images have good alt text first.
- Add a title attribute only where a hover tooltip helps people.
- Do not copy the alt text into the title just to fill the field.
