HTTPS enabled

What the check finds

Served over plain HTTP. Browsers mark it insecure and it is ranked below the HTTPS equivalent.

Why it matters for AI answers

Browsers mark plain HTTP pages as not secure, and search engines prefer HTTPS. Shoppers and shopping agents are less likely to trust or complete a purchase on an insecure page.

How to fix it

  1. Install a TLS certificate and serve every page over HTTPS.
  2. Redirect all HTTP URLs to their HTTPS versions with a 301.
  3. Update internal links, canonical tags and the sitemap to use https:// URLs.
  4. Add a Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS) header once HTTPS works everywhere.
